Ranked as one of the 5 most beautiful zoos in France, Zoo de La Flèche brings together almost 1500 animals in a leafy setting, covering 18 hectares in the Sarthe.

Through the quality of its enclosures and facilities, as well as the work of its staff, the Zoo is dedicated to improving both animal well-being and visitor experience.

Every day, our teams work hard to make Zoo a dynamic and friendly place to be, which respects its animal residents. This commitment is notably demonstrated through 4 key missions: educating and entertaining the public, through creative and meaningful activities for the animals, but also species conservation and research, both on- and off-site.

Zoo de La Flèche provides fun and educational opportunities through our shows and events, such as polar bear diving, sea-lion shows or even our demonstrations showing birds in flight.
